Kerala Forest Research Institute invited sealed quotation from reputed vendors/ firms to fabricate runoff monitoring structures (H flume) and  staff gauge-3 Nos.

 Specification for Staff for Monitoring Pond Water Level and H-Flume

1.  Staff for Monitoring Pond Water Level (3 Nos.)

Base Block: Made of concrete for self-support (Size: 60 cm X 60 cm x 45cm)

Staff Height: 160-200 cm from the bottom of base support

Staff Material: GI rectangular pipe of size 4” x 2”

Markings on staff: Painting is to be done with synthetic enamel paint of two coats over a priming coat and Scale markings in cm to be painted on the staff gauge and on base support for water level measurement

2. H-Flume

3 FEET H FLUME - 1 No.

2.5 FEET H FLUME - 2 Nos.

H-Flume Material: Frame work with MS angle 32 mm x 6 mm and base sides are covered with GI sheet of 16g, including painting with synthetic enamel paint of two coats over a priming coat.

Painted: With synthetic enamel paint of two coat over a priming coat.

Terms and conditions

  1. Quotations should be sealed, super scribed as the ‘Quotation for fabricating runoff monitoring structures and staff gauge with quotation No. and date  and should be submitted to  the Registrar, Kerala  Forest Research Institute, Peechi, Thrissur-680 653, on or before 24-12-2024 latest by 3.00 PM
  2. Quotations will be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day.
  3. Any Quotations received after the date and time fixed is liable to be rejected.
  4. The rate quoted should be valid for 90 days
  5. No representation for enhancement of price once accepted will be considered during the period of validity of the offer.
  6. The rate of GST and additional charges if any should be shown separately.
  7. The item should be delivered in the office of KFRI, Peechi.
  8. The maximum period required for delivery of the item should be mentioned in   the quotation.
  9. KFRI reserves the right to reject any or all of the Tenders without assigning any Reasons thereof. In case of any dispute the jurisdiction shall be Ernakulam District, Kerala.
