Abstract
Calamus nagbettai (a large clustering climbing cane) and Marsdenia raziana (a climbing shrub) were considered to be restricted to their type localities in Karnataka state. The present collections of them during studies on the flora of Shenduruny Wildlife Sanctuary, Kollam (Quilon) District, Kerala state, are new distributional records outside the type localities and additions to the flora of Kerala. Brief descriptions with notes are provided
